SELF-DAMAGE

The question is, which of you two is the world more unfair to?
5. Don't get hung up on your health. Even cosmonauts ' health is not always even-excellent. Any person has periods when he feels bad or looks bad. No one is immune from the banal flu. Think about the fact that your health is a reflection of your own psychoemotional state. A bad mood leads to a bad feeling, but it also works the other way around.
