These centers function vertically and do not interact with the human world.

All centers from 2 to 6 have a horizontal position and directly interact with the human world.
All energy centers have a vortex-like, spiral structure. Projection on the spine, on the "central channel".
From the dorsal (posterior) surface of the body, they have the nature of absorbing, incoming.
From the ventral (front) part - outgoing, projecting.
The back is the entrance, the front is the exit.

These are the main human energy centers.
There is still a mass of additional, so-called "sub-centers". In particular, all articular joints, the palms of the hands, feet, etc., also have projections of energy centers and perform their function.

All centers, and first of all the main ones, are some kind of accumulating structures, a kind of nuclear power plants. They absorb, generate, distribute, saturate each of the subtle bodies with which they are directly connected.
That is why all levels and areas of human life directly depend on the "serviceability", cleanliness, energy throughput of each of the centers, from good physical health, social realization, etc., to the disclosure of the creative potential of the individual.

Just as people keep their bodies clean by taking a shower, brushing their teeth, etc., in the same way, human energy centers require constant care and attention.
